In June 2020, the Van Dyke Farms HOA submitted over 350 Sidewalk Offsets to Hillsborough County to repair.  These offsets ranged from less than one-inch to more than five inches.  In 2021, Hillsborough County smoothed the offsets less than one inch by grinding down the offset.  However, nearly 70 major offsets remain that range from more than an inch to over five inches.  The County has been repeatedly contacted to repair these offsets.  In early May 2022, the Van Dyke Farms HOA once again inventoried these major offsets and sent them to the County for repair.  Photos of the offsets needing repairs follows.  Please note, many of these are substantial in size and have no warning, such as reflective tape:
