Per Florida Statute and the Association's Governing Documents, the Board of Directors established a fining committee in April 2021.  This committee reviews any fines the Board imposes and it approves or disapproves the fine.  The Board has only been asked once to rule on the Board of Directors assessing a fine in its four years of existance, which it did.
