What are the trash pickup days for the community?
Tuesday and Friday are trash pickup days
Friday is also the recycle pickup (paper, glass and plastic) and
Friday is also the yard waste pickup

What is the official Post Office for Van Dyke Farms?
The US Post Office that services/delivers the VDF mail is located on Tarpon Springs Rd - at the corner of Gunn Hwy and Tarpon Springs Rd. It is RRD service. Steve is our usual mailman.
There is another PO located in the Shell Gas Station on Van Dyke Rd at the corner Lakeshore Rd and Van Dyke Rd. They are open for stamps and mailing packages - retail only. There is no mail delivery service from here.

What is the process to get my house painted? The Architectural Control Committee and the Board of Directors adopted a paint color palette book for use in Van Dyke Farms. There are 34 schemes in the book that are approved color schemes to paint your house. One copy of this book is located at Greenacre Properties and one copy is located at Amy's house in VDF. You MUST first look through the book and pick an approved color scheme before you submit your ACC request to paint your house. Please call Amy @ 926-2016 to borrow the color book. Thank you.

Austin Davis Library is the community library located at the corner of Gunn Hwy and Wayne Rd.
The hours of operation are:
Monday 12 pm - 9 pm
Tuesday 10 am - 9 pm
Wednesday - Saturday 10 am - 6 pm
Closed Sunday
