The Northwest County Solid Waste Facility is located at 8001 West Linebaugh Avenue. Their hours of operation are Monday-Saturday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. For more information click here.
Can I find a resident who repairs bicycles?

Yes. Jim Young repairs bikes. Please call him at 813-833-1177. He will come pick up your bike and return it to you, once repaired. He really knows what he is doing. Austin Davis Library is the community library located at the corner of Gunn Hwy and Wayne Rd.

How do I get approval to make changes to my home?

According to the Master Declaration of Condition, Covenants, and Restrictions, "all new buildings and structures, landscaping schemes and repairs or improvements" must receive prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Any alteration (exterior painting, building a fence, roof replacement, etc.) requires approval from the ACC. Instructions on how to submit an application for approval can be found here.
