Resolved that the VDF HOA Board of Directors establish a policy regarding the submission of ACC applications for consideration by the ACC. In the VDF Master Declaration provision is made for the Board to charge up to $50 for each ACC application.
HENCEFORTH, each VDF homeowner shall be entitled to two ACC applications each year where there will be NO CHARGE for the application. The third ACC application during the year, will be charged $10 and each and every application thereafter during the year, shall be charged $50 for each application. A check must accompany each ACC application where there is a charge.
