Van Dyke Farms, a community of 422 homes, sits on the rural northwest edge of Hillsborough County. Our neighborhood
provides neat tree lined streets and friendly neighbors ready to welcome you. Van Dyke Farms is located with easy access to major roadways and is only 20 minutes to Tampa International Airport and less than 10 minutes to Citrus Park Mall.

Van Dyke Farms is a deed-restricted community. The Homes Association on behalf of the homeowners has the responsibility of overseeing compliance with the Deed Restriction rules as recorded with the State of Florida. There is an elected Board of Directors made up of homeowners in the community who oversee the process by which the rules are enforced according to Florida Statute. Van Dyke Farms homeowners take pride in the overall appearance of the community and recognize the benefit that curbside appeal has on their property values .

The Classifieds is for Announcements, Childcare, For Sale items and Lost & Found, etc. It is not maintained on a regular basis.

Until we revamp the website here are the rules:

  • I have to delete the ads every month end. If you want the ad to continue please re-request the ad;
  • I need you to state who you are (e.g. resident with name and number). In order to reduce or eliminate junk ads I may have to call you to verify that you are a resident.
  • Be patient. We're considering revamping the entire website and this takes a bit of time.
Trimming Palm Trees
We have just had about 43 Palm trees, in the common areas, trimmed where the branches were hanging down. We notice that there are many homes with Palm trees in their yards that need trimming and clean up.
As an association, while we cannot recommend any company or individual to do the job for you, the following have expressed an interest in doing work for individual homeowners for trimming the palm trees.
Alan Vaughn 813 318-1385
$16 per tree.
