NEW ACC POLICY

Resolved that the VDF HOA Board of Directors establish a policy regarding the submission of ACC applications for consideration by the ACC. In the VDF Master Declaration provision is made for the Board to charge up to $50 for each ACC application.

HENCEFORTH, each VDF homeowner shall be entitled to two ACC applications each year where there will be NO CHARGE for the application. The third ACC application during the year, will be charged $10 and each and every application thereafter during the year, shall be charged $50 for each application. A check must accompany each ACC application where there is a charge.

Van Dyke Farms 2010 Meeting Dates:

The next scheduled HOA Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday April 22, 2010. This will be held at the VDF tennis center and starts at 6:30 PM.

Friday, January 15th to Monday, February 22nd

The VDF Community GARAGE SALE is set for Saturday February 20, 2010. We will post ads in the Tampa Tribune and the Flyer the week of the sale. We will post signs as well that same week.
